Re-activation of User Accounts on the e-Services Platform
The Department of Immigration wishes to inform its esteemed customers that it will be carrying out periodic maintenance works on the e-Services platform. Consequently, all Employer, Lawyer and Immigration Consultant e-Services User Accounts will be reset (de-activated) on 31st January 2024.
Therefore, those with Employer, Lawyer and Immigration Consultant User Accounts will be required to re-apply in writing to the Director-General of Immigration for the re-activation of their User Accounts.
Applications for User Account activation or re-activation must be submitted in person to the Customer Service Manager at Immigration Headquarters, for Lusaka based Clients. Clients based outside Lusaka can apply for activation or re-activation of their user accounts from their respective Regional Immigration Offices.
Applications should contain the following documents:
Lawyers
- Covering Letter to the Director-General;
- Zambian Legal Practicing Certificate; and
- Company Registration Certificate (PACRA).
Employers
- Covering Letter to the Director-General;
- Company Registration Certificate (PACRA) /Registration for Non-Government Organizations; and
- Practicing certificate for Human Resource Personal/or a Letter from the Managing Director or Institutional Head authorizing the representative to submit immigration cases.
Immigration Consultants
- Covering Letter to the Director-General;
- Immigration Consultancy Certificate; and
- Company Registration Certificate (PACRA).
